Chief Executive Officer
Rhonda Patton
Genuine, passionate and charismatic, are the words used to describe Founder and President of GLAMS Mrs. Rhonda Patton. Rhonda has an extensive background in the management of organizations ranging from 8 to 100 people; working for many Fortune 500 companies in the travel industry. She currently works for American Express Business Global Travel at the Ford Headquarters. She is a results-driven induvial with 20 plus years in the travel industry. She stands proud with a track record of leadership experience and recorded success of improving whatever company she works for.

Confident to be an inspirer for young girls, Rhonda stresses the belief that developing strong life skills is a critical part of the GLAMS program, she aims to provide program experience that builds confidence and self-esteem in the teens involved. This will be stressed though a variety of workshops of the following topics: Etiquette, public speaking, conflict resolution, presentation, and public speaking.

Lastly, she believes that mentoring is a key component of GLAMS. The ask is for our volunteer mentors to stay connected for one year, and as proven in the past the bond often becomes so strong that the mentoring relationship continues throughout the graduation of the program.
